- Tutorials Support Team for Texas A&M University Libraries. Feb. 2014-present: group created to evaluate existing tutorials and to design and implement standards for tutorial creation in the libraries.
- Customer Service Culture Trainer for Texas A&M University Libraries. Jan. 2012 (suspended): project to train new library staff on customer service culture. Group underwent training to perform training sessions and members were assigned areas in the library system to serve, but the project was suspended before any training sessions for staff were scheduled.
- Single Service Point Committee, West Campus Library, Texas A&M University. May-Nov. 2011: group evaluated current access and reference services which were in separate locations and designed and implemented a plan to combine services at one desk area as the library interior was redesigned.
