  • Project manager for Don Kelly Research Collection of Gay Literature and Culture exhibit opening April 2015: led committee selecting material and doing research and worked with marketing to create catalog and organize opening event. Committee member for Mitchell exhibit opening February 2015: selected material and did research. Other exhibits: assisted with creating stands for items, prepared information placards, hung pictures, line control.
  • Lead writer on funding proposal to acquire Don Kelly Research Collection of Gay Literature and Culture; drafted letter and incorporated edits and coordinated gathering letters of support.
  • Created and edited finding aids for processed collections to improve access.Co-curator for GLBT Archive of University and local history and activism at Cushing Memorial Library and Archives. Assisted in collection and outreach for collection.

  • Performed copy cataloging for Cushing Memorial Library and Archives collections, including rare books on book and printing history, Cervantes, western Americana, military history, and Africana studies.
  • Assisted students, faculty, and staff with reference questions and research projects using Cushing Library archival collections.
  • Created and edited finding aids for processed collections to improve access.
  • Added notes for unique attributes of items in special collections, such as details on printings, annotations, dedications, and accompanying materials.
  • Evaluated and sent items needing care to preservation.
  • Trained in preservation book handling and mold identification and removal.
  • Processed materials for two NEH Brittle Books Microfilming Project grants on the History of Science which microfilmed 15,053 volumes and 9,079 titles from 1800 to 1950.
